CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Under Kevin's leadership, Lightserve Corporation, parent company of Elite Lighting, has intensified its focus on serving its customers and communities via our distribution, project design, installation and maintenance services. Before becoming CEO in 2016, Kevin served as the Director of Customer Facing Operations at Duke Energy. He led groups responsible for residential, commercial and industrial energy efficiency.
Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and finance from North Carolina State University where he graduated as university valedictorian.
Bill is responsible for the Sales, Business Development and Operations teams at Lightserve, parent company of Elite Lighting. With his 32 years of experience in the lighting industry, from the manufacturing and distribution sides, combined with his previous ownership in another lighting company, Bill has helped transform Lightserve from a maintenance only company into a well-diversified lighting maintenance, lighting retrofit and lighting distribution company. Lightserve is now uniquely positioned for continued growth and for the attraction of talent. Bill is driven to find innovative solutions to meet the challenges facing our customers in today’s ever-changing lighting industry.
Bill is LC, CLEP and CLMC certified. Bill received his BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later received his MBA from The University of South Carolina.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prior to purchasing Lightserve, parent company of Elite Lighting, Jason previously worked in Debt Capital Markets at Wells Fargo Securities and Fifth Third Securities from August 2005 to June 2016. While in Debt Capital Markets, Jason structured project finance credit facilities for solar construction companies, monitored a multi-billion collateralized debt security portfolio offered to large utility clients and originated, structured and executed various fixed income securities in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Industrial Growth sectors. Since 2012, Jason has made significant investments in real estate and other venture capital opportunities.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting from North Carolina State University.
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
In this role, Shane is responsible for overseeing the field operations team which is comprised of lighting maintenance technicians, the maintenance routing and dispatching organization, the project management team and the lighting project installers. Prior to his current role, Shane owned Short Solutions Inc. where he and his team were tasked with installing thousands of lighting projects for both small scale box stores to large scale fortune 500 companies. Shane’s attention to detail and installation efficiency allowed him to grow his team to an average of 20 installers. Shane is also extremely proud of the untarnished safety record that his organization maintained throughout the almost 20 years of business with zero on-the-job injuries.
Shane is a native of West Virginia and has resided in North Carolina for more than 20 years.
CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT & ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Jessica Carlascio is the Corporate Development and Administrative Director based in Charlotte, NC. She is responsible for the development of corporate strategy, working with business units to create strategies that drive value with clear plans for implementation and monitoring results, and management of Accounting and Finance functions. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in corporate program development, financial management and strategic priority implementation.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and healthcare administration in 2003 from St. John Fisher College.
As Finance Manager, Deborah is responsible for all payable, receivable and accounting related functions at Lightserve. Deborah has over 30 years of financial services experience, most recently serving as Vice President & Manager of Wells Fargo’s Wholesale Enterprise Testing team. Deborah’s career has included wide-ranging and cross-functional experience in auditing, compliance, finance, and operational services.
